to dream the impossible dream
Ouch! Hurt my foot Monday
night walking around in the middle of the night. It's much better today,
though I'm still going to stick to my slippers until I go to Book Club
tonight.
I found a very cute picture frame for .99 at Target the other
day, that I'm going to ship to D'arby as soon as we get some pictures of the
girls done (maybe Thursday night at the picture people?). It's a
Valentine's Frame that was on clearance from 9.99, but it really just a pretty
feminine, oriental style frame that suits any season.
Rhianna has started
laughing. Sounds a bit like a cough, but it's obvious that she is
laughing. She's starting to scoot around a bit, which means our floors
need to become spotless or at least not crumb treasure troves.
Natalie is
fixated on the idea of jumping into books. She keeps telling me that Steve
can jump into the books and she wants to jump in too. I'm not sure how to
convey to her that I can't make it happen for her. I don't really want to
tell her it's impossible, because many things I may believe impossible truly are
possible as soon as we discover how.
John's quite happy with the new
steam cleaner (it has scrubbing brushes!!) and I'm happy as long as he's
cleaning the carpets not me. Natalie's been rolling around on the ground
saying it smells like fresh laundry (which she loves, she prefers her clothes
fresh out of the dryer).
