Natalie gave me a fat lip last night! Ok, so she was just swinging her head up for a kiss a little too hard, but it hurts. I wonder if I should take pictures of it so I can use it for guilt trips in the years to come, heh.
I'm feeling either a bit old or a bit neener neener, because my younger sister has more gray hair than me. Well maybe about the same amount, and mine really showed up 7 years ago so close to the same age and it hasn't changed much since. I do think all the coloring really damages our hair long term.
I tried out the store kind over the weekend and really liked it, and then ran across this recipe in the latest issue of my cooking magazine.

Basil Parmesan Pasta Sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 c fat-free milk
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fesh basil
In a nonstick skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender.  Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended (mixture will be thick). Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.  Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; gradually stir in Parmesan cheese and basil until cheese is melted.
